  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably manager / Assistant Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Fluent in English both oral and written

Job deskipsi :
  • Creating workplan and budgeting
  • Ensuring that all activities and workplans in the Customer Service department are running well
  • Supervising, checking, and ensuring all of the budget used
  • Ensuring and assisting the completion of all tenant or customer complaint, and following-up of complaint handling
  • Creating, evaluating and developing work systems / procedures in the customer service department
  • Developing and maintaining good relation with the tenants and customers
  • Evaluating tenant satisfaction and improving customer service department performance by developing and providing training to team members
